Tony made an impossible situation possible. Tony’s knowledge is the only reason why we were able to sell our house. The day we were supposed to close there were issues with the buyers financing forcing us to have to extend our contract 3 times. Tony immediately called a lender he knew and said if anyone could make it happen it would be Corey (the lender). The original closing date was July 15th and as time went by I was getting more and more stressed. Tony always kept us updated and always answered my calls or called me back the same day to answer my almost daily questions as best he could and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Tony also helped with many other issues throughout the process including finding someone to take care of the mold in the attic, hiring someone to put a railing up, and hiring someone to install fire/CO2 alarms per FHA requirements. The closing date finally came (August 13th) and we are so incredibly grateful for everything Tony did to get us there. We would recommend Tony in a heartbeat for anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Thank you Tony you are the best.

He is an excellent communicator and always updated me on any problems, where we were in the process, what to expect next etc. He personally set up all of my inspections, and the companies he deals with are honest, dependable and trustworthy just like he is! I relocated to Maine from Ohio and Rod went above and beyond for me doing things in my absence that the buyer would typically be there to do. He made sure that everything was in working order and that everything from my inspection reports were fixed or replaced.
